Owner, Matthew Powers Fit/CTX Fitness

My passion for health and fitness began early in life. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve always loved staying active and challenging myself through exercise. Today, I’m fortunate to have turned that passion into a thriving career, helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. After earning my degree in Exercise Sports Science in 2016, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding clients in the Austin area toward healthier, more fulfilling lifestyles.

I hold multiple certifications, including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). These credentials enable me to provide comprehensive training that addresses every aspect of your fitness journey.
